Information we process
Rankworth processes your sign-in identifier, email address and optional display name; subscription and billing status supplied by Stripe; the public website addresses you submit; crawl evidence, reports, settings and notes; and limited technical information used for security, rate limiting and service reliability.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Rankworth, run requested and scheduled audits, produce reports, enforce plan allowances, process subscriptions, respond to support requests and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Website crawling and analysis
Rankworth reads publicly accessible website pages. Relevant excerpts and audit inputs may be processed by configured analysis services to create the requested report. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Rankworth.
Retention and security
Account and audit records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, tax and legal obligations. Rankworth uses access controls, encryption for stored credentials, request limits and other technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal.
